- Manage day-to-day operational activities
- Handle user calls and provide support
- Coordinate and manage our astrologer community
- Ensure smooth communication between users and experts
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and service standards

- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Excellent coordination and management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in operations or customer handling is a plus
