Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive located in Delhi, India. The Operation Executive will oversee daily operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure the smooth execution of company objectives. The role includes managing operational workflows, addressing challenges, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing data for decision-making. The selected individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle workflows and ensure efficiency
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
- Ability to oversee and optimize project timelines and resource allocation
- Relevant academic qualifications or prior experience in operations or management
Salary range - 15000 to 20000 Montlhy
