Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operation Executive located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Operation Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing a team of operational staff, and driving efficiency across the supply chain. The role involves regular reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and supply chain optimization skills
- Experience in inventory management and logistics
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
