Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Engineer located in Chennai. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, maintaining engineering systems, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also involves collaborating with customers to provide technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Competency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Effective communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial operations and maintenance practices is a plus
- Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards is advantageous
