Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Operations department at Axis Bank, based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet operational goals, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The selected candidate will also support the implementation of projects and actively communicate with teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills for analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and streamlining workflows.
- Proficient in Communication to liaise effectively with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Sales and Project Management are highly desirable to drive initiatives and achieve operational targets.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
