Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, and support administrative tasks to ensure all processes run smoothly. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication among teams, assisting with customer service, and contributing to operational efficiency through effective planning and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data interpretation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team coordination
- Proficiency in Operations Management and logistical planning
- Experience in Customer Service to handle client relations effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency with office software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
