Role Description
The Operation Casting Shift In-Charge will oversee casting operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, coordinating with team members, managing resources, and addressing any issues affecting production. The role also involves identifying process improvements and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Korba District.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and address operational challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate coordination among teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to handle workflows and ensure smooth production processes
- Sales skills, including an ability to understand client requirements and support business development initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
- Proficiency in reporting tools and software for operational analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in casting operations or similar roles is a strong advantage
