We’re Hiring: Operations Associate (E-Commerce) | Fresher Role
Are you a recent MBA graduate looking to kickstart your career in E-Commerce Operations?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and working closely with multiple teams.
📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
💻 Job Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (Final package based on interview performance)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage order processing, fulfilment, and dispatch activities
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery or logistics issues
- Maintain records of sales, returns, and inventory
- Support reporting, process improvements, and tool implementation
What We’re Looking For:
- MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
- Freshers welcome
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
