Role OverviewThe Operations Associate will play a key role in managing day-to-day order fulfillment and logistics processes. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and resolve customer inquiries related to order fulfillment.
Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels, initiate restocking, and flag shortages proactively.
Liaise with logistics providers to schedule and track shipments.
Update order statuses in the system and ensure timely communication to customers.
Manage returns, exchanges, and damaged goods processes efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
Analyze fulfillment and logistics data to identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or order management (healthcare or e-commerce preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/order management systems, and inventory tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
