About the Role:
HACA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Training Support Executive to manage sales operations and
coordinate training activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM management, preferably Lead
Squared (LSQ), and strong knowledge of EdTech sales onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
Monitor and manage lead flow through LSQ CRM.
Ensure accurate lead assignment and data tracking.
Support onboarding of new sales team members (system access, tools, and process guidance).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Training Support:
Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions.
Assist in EdTech sales onboarding programs.
Track trainee performance and maintain training records.
Prepare training materials and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between trainers and sales teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in Operations / Training Support.
Hands-on experience with Lead Squared (LSQ).
Knowledge of EdTech sales processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
