We are looking for a proactive and organized candidate who can manage video content creation, coordinate client communication, and handle basic documentation tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both creative and administrative responsibilities and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Shoot & Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and create video content for company requirements.
- Capture high-quality videos and ensure proper editing/basic enhancements if required.
- Coordinate content creation activities and maintain consistency in brand presentation.
2. Calling & Meeting Scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Schedule meetings with clients, prospects, and team members.
- Maintain meeting calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize company documents and records.
- Work on basic Excel tasks such as data entry, maintaining sheets, and reporting.
- Handle day-to-day computer-related tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and content creation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in client handling or coordination roles is preferred.
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
