Role Description The Operation and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position for Unjha, Palanpur and Ahmedabad. The intern will support daily warehouse operations, including data collection, process coordination, and assisting in the implementation of the agri-warehouse management system. They will help monitor system performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. On the marketing side, the intern will assist in executing outreach activities, supporting sales presentations, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to basic marketing communication and promotional efforts. The role involves close collaboration with operations, sales, and technology teams to support both process efficiency and market adoption of the solution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, interact with customers, and prepare clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist in lead follow-up, customer interactions, and basic sales support activities.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to help streamline warehouse processes and support system implementation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with technology platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Interest in supply chain, agri-tech, or warehouse management is an added advantage.
