Role Overview
As an Operations Analyst of Instructor Acquisition & Onboarding, you’ll help build and scale Lane’s instructor network. You’ll work closely with ops and founders to ensure we onboard instructors who meet Lane’s quality and safety standards. This is a people-heavy, execution-driven role with real on-ground impact.
Key Responsibilities
Source driving instructors through:
- Job portals
- Referrals
- Local garages & driving communities
- Conduct initial screening calls with instructor candidates
- Explain Lane’s model, expectations, and earning structure clearly
- Coordinate document collection (DL, Aadhaar, vehicle details, etc.)
- Assist in instructor onboarding & training scheduling
- Maintain instructor pipeline and status tracking (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Follow up with candidates and reduce drop-offs
- Flag supply gaps and help plan acquisition drives
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (calls + WhatsApp)
- Comfortable speaking with blue-collar / on-ground professionals
- Organized, persistent, and execution-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Interest in operations, hiring, or people-focused roles
- Freshers & final-year students are welcome
