About MotorayMotoray is building a scalable EV logistics platform focused on last-mile and first-mile delivery for e-commerce and retail.
We currently operate in:
- Delhi NCR – core operating market
- Kochi – emerging high-growth market
Over the past year, we’ve built:
- Strong B2B client relationships
- Deep fleet and on-ground operational capability
- A clear pathway to scale a cost-efficient EV logistics ecosystem
We are now entering a growth and capital expansion phase.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Co-Founder / Operating Partner who will play a dual role:
- Drive business growth and operations (city-level or cross-market)
- Lead capital efforts—bringing in investors, partners, or structured funding to scale the business
This is a high-ownership role, working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities1. Capital & Fundraising (Primary Focus)
- Lead fundraising efforts (angels, HNIs, strategic investors)
- Leverage personal/professional networks to bring in capital partners
- Support structuring of investment rounds and partnerships
2. Business & Operations
- Scale fleet operations in Delhi NCR and/or Kochi
- Improve utilization and cost per delivery
- Build and manage client and partner relationships
- Set up scalable processes and teams
Who This Role Is For- Individuals who have raised capital, closed partnerships, or built investor networks
- Operators with experience in logistics, mobility, EV, or startup ecosystems
- People who think in terms of ownership, P&L, and long-term value creation
- Those ready to build, not just operate
Compensation Structure- Equity-based role (aligned with investment + contribution)
- No fixed salary initially
- Profit-sharing and long-term upside
