Role Description The Operater Juice & CIP & CSD & SCADA role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pathankot. The role involves operating and monitoring juice production lines, CSD (carbonated soft drink) lines, and related processing equipment to maintain consistent product quality and output. The team member will manage CIP (clean-in-place) systems to ensure hygiene standards, perform routine checks, and respond to equipment alarms or issues. Daily tasks include logging production data, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, following safety and food safety procedures, and using SCADA or similar control systems to supervise plant operations. The role requires working in shifts, supporting smooth line changes, and adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience operating beverage production equipment, including juice and CSD lines, with a focus on consistent throughput and quality.
- Knowledge of CIP processes and sanitation standards in food and beverage manufacturing; ability to follow and document cleaning protocols.
- Familiarity with SCADA or other industrial control systems for monitoring and controlling production processes.
- Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical concepts to identify issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Awareness of food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety practices, including relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures, production schedules, and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in shift-based work, and capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in beverage or food processing plants is preferred; vocational training or a diploma in engineering, food technology, or a related field is an advantage.
