Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant with a balanced
techno-functional skillset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both
functional configuration and technical development/support within VIM, and work closely with finance and SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support OpenText VIM solutions for invoice processing.
- Work on end-to-end invoice lifecycle including capture, validation, approval, and posting.
- Handle technical aspects such as enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business users and SAP teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
- Balanced functional and technical expertise.
- Good understanding of SAP FI/AP processes.
- Experience with workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
- AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
