Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions - Develop and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications - Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices - Continuously improve processes and contribute to the overall team's efficiency and productivity Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ - Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms - Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, Angular, React) - Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
