Senior Product Manager, OpenText Core UX

As a Senior Product Manager for the OpenText Core User Experience (UX) team, you will be responsible for leading the product vision and strategy for the Core user experience. This includes defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working closely with the design and engineering teams to bring the vision to life. Key Responsibilities: - Define the product vision and strategy for the Core UX, aligned with the overall Core product strategy - Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to turn the vision into reality - Gather and prioritize user requirements and feedback to continuously improve the Core UX - Drive the product roadmap and release planning for the Core UX - Communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience and product management Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful user-centric products - Excellent understanding of user experience principles and design thinking - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand product features - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in an agile software development environment - Familiarity with web technologies and cloud-based software products - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
