More specifically you will create/update technical specifications and create/update maps using OpenText translation software, carry out integration tasks to deploy maps to pre-production and production environments, support customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, provide training and knowledge sharing, and work with the delivery team and customer to ensure a successful project delivery.
