🚀 Looking for your next high-impact Cloud Migration contract? We are hiring a Senior Cloud Platform Migration Engineer!
On behalf of our client, a leading global technology solution provider, we are looking for a hands-on, senior-level expert to drive a critical infrastructure transformation. In this role, you will lead a customer migration from a Platform9/OpenStack-managed infrastructure into Spectro Cloud Palette-managed Kubernetes environments.

- Shift Timings: Flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended support hours when required
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in senior cloud infrastructure or migration roles.
- Deep OpenStack/Platform9 expertise (CLI workflows, RC files, project/tenant context).
- Strong Linux Administration skills (SSH, root-level operations, shell scripting).
- Kubernetes fundamentals (nodes, pods, namespaces, troubleshooting).
- Experience with Spectro Cloud Palette (or a comparable Kubernetes management platform).
- Solid Networking knowledge (VLANs, DHCP/PXE boot, routing reachability).
- Observability tool experience using SignalFX and Splunk Cloud.
What You Will Do
- Drive OpenStack Operations: Perform hands-on OpenStack/Platform9 tasks across compute, Cinder volumes, Heat stacks, and Ironic/bare-metal workflows.
- Manage Kubernetes & Palette: Support Spectro Cloud Palette cluster provisioning, lifecycle actions, and post-provisioning health verification.
- Execute Migration Runbooks: Handle VM and storage migrations, including Cinder volume unmanage operations and approved infrastructure teardowns.
- Network & Telemetry Validation: Coordinate VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and Meraki network checks while monitoring system health via SignalFX and Splunk Cloud.
