We are looking for job title : OpenShift Platform Expert
You’ll create impact by
- Design and evolve enterprise OpenShift platforms across on-premise, hybrid, EDGE, and public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deliver highly available OpenShift clusters, enabling resilient, secure, and scalable mission-critical services with disaster recovery.
- Ensure 24/7 availability, resilience, and security for production platforms in high-pressure, global environments.
- Configure and optimise networking, ingress, load balancing, and service mesh (Istio/OpenShift Service Mesh).
- Implement and optimise container storage solutions using OpenShift Data Foundation, CSI, and Trident.
- Drive automation using Ansible, Terraform, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps with ArgoCD and Git.
- Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis to improve platform stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders, supporting flexible shifts and on-call requirements.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Demonstrating 5–10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Applying deep production experience managing large-scale, enterprise-grade container platforms.
- Using strong Kubernetes knowledge for architecture, lifecycle management, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Working with container runtimes such as CRI-O and Docker and orchestration technologies.
- Leveraging DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches.
- Using Linux system administration and scripting skills (Shell/Python) to automate and manage platforms.
- Operating in mission-critical environments with 24/7 on-call support and flexibility to work across global time zones.
