About the role

As the Provider Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare providers joining the OpenLoop network. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Coordinating the onboarding process for new healthcare providers, ensuring all required documents and credentialing information are obtained in a timely manner- Serving as the primary point of contact for providers throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding workflow and identify areas for improvement- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the onboarding process- Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing providers in the OpenLoop network The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in healthcare provider onboarding or customer service is preferred.
