🚀 We’re Hiring: Consultant / Senior Consultant – Openlink Endur BAU Support
📍 Location: India (Remote)

About the RoleAs a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Openlink Endur/Findur systems for global clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor for business users.
🛠️
Key Responsibilities✔ Provide L1/L2 support for Endur-related issues across FO/MO/BO teams
✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets efficiently
✔ Manage and update tickets via Jira
✔ Support EOD processes and ensure smooth BAU operations
✔ Collaborate with BA/Dev teams for issue resolution
✔ Identify system improvements and optimization opportunities
✔ Work in rotational shifts with proper handovers
🎯
Required Skills & Experience✅ 3+ years of Openlink Endur (v14+) BAU support experience
✅ Strong understanding of energy/commodity trading (Oil, Gas, Power)
✅ Experience with Endur modules (Admin, Trading, Market, Ops, Service Manager)
✅ Knowledge of trade lifecycle & ETRM processes
✅ Exposure to APM, TPM, Report Builder (preferred)
✅ Understanding of SDLC & testing principles
