Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Senior Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving business growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, presenting services to potential clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Experience in Business growth, strategy implementation, and understanding client needs
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or analytical testing industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills
Required Skills
(BD) professionals within the CRO industry from 4 to 10 years experienced.
- Experience in Business Development within the analytical CRO
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Exposure to pharma analytical services preferred
- Relevant industry experience as per the role requirement
