🔍 Eligibility:
✔ Freshers & experienced both can apply
✔ Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)
✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts
✔ Basic computer knowledge required
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive sales/upselling (for sales role)
• Assist customers with travel bookings & queries
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up
💰 Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (Based on experience & role)
🎯 Incentives: Performance-based (for sales/travel roles)
📅 Work Details:
• 5/6 days working (depending on process)
• Rotational shifts & week off
