Hiring Development Manager For Insurance Salary 4.5

Salary: 4.5 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 2 to10 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales by building and managing a team of advisors.
• Recruit, train, and develop commission-based agents.
• Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update the Sales MIS.
• Motivate and mentor agents through structured Career Progression Programs.
• Promote usage of CRM Agent Portal for better customer service and cross-selling.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).
• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Strong networking skills and knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
