Experience: Min 2 - 4 years hands-on experience
• Hands on experience in the design, configuration, customization, deployment, integration and performance tuning of the Oracle Identity Governance Suite 12cPS4/14c (OIM + OID/OUD) in high availability mode.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in debugging various internal and external integration issues not limited to the products but also Weblogic, OS related, Load balancers, Firewalls, App Servers, etc, and collaborate with external teams such as Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA and Application Teams to resolve in timely manner
• Good understanding of OIM 12c and 14c performance testing and Performance Tuning, able to tune OIM 12c/14c for better throughput.
• Systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think.
• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Adaptable to change.
• Quick Learner – Open learn and work on new technologies and products
• Job duties require schedule flexibility and willingness to work evenings or weekends as required for systems-related tasks.
