Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for Head of Accounts located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing account settlements, conducting strategic financial planning, and leading financial reporting for the glass manufacturing unit. Additional responsibilities include budget management, cost analysis, and liaising with internal teams to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Operational Excellence to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing within an industrial or production environment
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the glass manufacturing or related industry is a strong advantage
