Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FI Sales Manager / Executive responsible for driving sales and managing the business for Honeywell Field Instruments and gas portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, team leadership ability, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales –
Manage and grow the business of field instrumentations (FI/ Gas), (as Honeywell channel), product distribution as well as turnkey supply category.
Engage with Key customers for regular sales & long-term relationships.
Coordinate with Honeywell counterparts for strategic alignment.
Drive sales planning, order execution, and monthly/weekly dispatch tracking.
Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
For managerial position additionally
Leading regular business operations in coordination with the distribution and internal teams.
Leading, training, and motivating below sales team to achieve performance goals.
Initiate product training programs and introduce new product lines to the team and clients.
Skillset:
B.E. in E&TC / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation (Post-graduation preferred but not mandatory). 6–10 years of experience in field instrumentation sales/distribution.
Strong business development, team management, and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
CTC – Depends on Experience
Knowledge of Honeywell transmitters and product portfolio will be an added advantage.
Person from Automation OEM channel partners would be preferred. Automation OEM channel partners list provided as ref.
