Key Responsibilities
1. Network Deployment & Configuration
· Configure and deploy network hardware and services Routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, DDI
· Validate configurations and ensure production readiness
Incident & Escalation Management
· Act as L2/L3 escalation point for critical incidents
· Troubleshoot complex network issues across:
Automation & Standardization
· Contribute to automation initiatives like Configuration standardization & Script-based deployments
· Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Cross-Team Collaboration
· Work with Product and architecture teams, Security teams, Service management
· OEM & Vendor/partner collaboration

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of:
o Routing & Switching, WLAN, SDWAN
o DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) – Infoblox preferred
· Hands-on with network OEMs such as Cisco or equivalent

Operational Skills
· Incident, problem, and change management
· Monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
---
Soft Skills
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work in shift/24x7 environments (if required)
· Good communication and documentation
---
Nice to Have
· Certifications: CCNA/CCNP
---
