About the role

We have an Urgent Opening for a National Sales / Business Development (Large Enterprise) Role.

Industry: System Integrator

Role: National Sales / Business Development - Large Enterprise / Accounts.

Job Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi (one of the suitable Office location)

Objectives of this role:

As National Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, integrated deals. This is your chance to shape opportunities, paving the way for ground breaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CXOs and closing deals. You will be responsible for Customer acquisition, hunting sales role, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing. You will understand customer’s business imperatives, articulate company relevance to these imperatives, and leverage consultative selling to establish us as a key participant in customer's business ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term sustainable customer relationships with CXOs of assigned strategic new logos along with Territory development with respect to Large Enterprises.

Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of rich experience in Sales of Solutions for Audio/Video/Data Networking, Cyber Security and Surveillance OEM partners and supply chain management.
  • Strong connects with Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, CISCO, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba etc.
  • Overall strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Collaboration, Cloud, Networking sales across the country for listed named accounts for Large Enterprises.
  • Experience in selling/sales leadership for the following verticals: Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality etc.
  • Candidates should have excellent contact with OEMS, suppliers, contractors, architects.
  • Experience in development and execution of large/complex deals and
  • Understanding a range of new age technologies is Should have handled both large Enterprises in his/her career / role.
  • Should have a solid customer stakeholder connects across the region and even PAN India with customers / prospects.

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and plan for Voice, Collab, Networks, Cyber Security & Surveillance product cum services in Large Enterprises and named Accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales objectives through effective use of direct and extended team resources.
  • Foster and facilitate a team environment which intersects empowerment with accountability. Interact with CIO and IT Directors.
  • Demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team
