About the role
We're looking for a Product Specialist to join our BizOps team. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to help our customers get the most out of our products. You'll dive deep into understanding our products and customers, triage and resolve customer issues, and help shape the product roadmap. You'll need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving customer problems.
