Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is heavily focused on scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as the primary growth engine while building a strong, data-driven performance marketing foundation. You will own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling, with a clear focus on profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta-First Growth Strategy
Own and scale paid acquisition primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Build and execute full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
Continuously test and scale winning campaigns, audiences, and creatives
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Meta Ads Manager
Drive continuous experimentation (A/B testing of creatives, hooks, copies, landing pages) Monitor performance daily and take quick data-backed decisions
3. Creative Strategy Collaboration
Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Provide clear briefs based on data insights (winning angles, formats, messaging)
Build a strong feedback loop between performance and creative teams
4. Data & Analytics
Track and optimize key metrics: CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CTR, CVR
Analyze campaign performance and customer cohorts to identify scaling opportunities
Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools
5. Budgeting & Scaling Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability targets
Identify new opportunities for growth within Meta ecosystem
6. Cross-Channel Expansion (Secondary)
Oversee or collaborate on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display)
Explore additional channels (influencer whitelisting, affiliates, etc.)
7. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Work with internal teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates
Identify drop-offs in the funnel and recommend improvements
Align with retention/CRM teams to maximize LTV
Requirements
5-6 years of performance marketing experience
Proven experience in scaling D2C brands (mandatory)
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (must-have)
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling significant ad spends
Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance metrics
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Good to Have
Experience in FMCG / food / snacking brands
Understanding of creative performance trends (UGC, hooks, formats)
Exposure to landing page optimization and CRO What Success Looks Like
Consistent scaling of Meta channel with strong ROAS
Efficient CAC with improving LTV:CAC ratio
High velocity of testing and learning across creatives and audiences
Strong alignment between performance, content, and brand teams
