Business Manager

In this role, you'll support Open Philanthropy's global hiring by managing immigration processes and international employment logistics. Manage employment-based green card applications and long-term U.S. immigration processes, coordinating with counsel and stakeholders. Support international staff employed through Employer of Record arrangements, handling contracts and employment logistics. Contribute to immigration strategy and process improvements for both U.S. and global employment systems.
