Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in New Delhi. The Operations Executive will oversee daily facility management operations, including scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various departments to streamline services, addressing client requirements efficiently, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Operational Skills: Hands-on experience in managing facility management operations, workforce coordination, and scheduling.
- Team Management: Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate teams effectively while maintaining high performance standards.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in identifying issues and implementing timely and efficient solutions to maintain operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Facility Management: Understanding of environmental cleaning, porter services, and engineering support.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and liaise with clients professionally.
- Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of safety regulations and quality assurance processes relevant to facility management.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in Facility Management or Operations, preferably within the healthcare or related industries.
