Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (Master's preferred) or 3+ years in developmental disability services with 3 years leadership; knowledge of Title 17, Title 22, HCBS, DDS, CCL, FLSA, OSHA; valid CA driver's license; DOJ background check; CPR, First Aid, CPI certifications; ability to lift 25 lbs.
