High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Culinary Arts with 3 years' experience, or Certificate of Completion in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management with 3 years' experience, or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management/Hospitality Management preferred; CPR and First Aid; San Bernardino County Food Handler's Card and Food Manager Certification; ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with two-person lift; valid driver's license for transporting participants.
