Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OP Pharmacy Manager located in Gurugram. The OP Pharmacy Manager will oversee pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy technicians, ensure accurate prescription services, and guarantee compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising immunization-related services, maintaining inventory, ensuring patient satisfaction, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The manager will interact with healthcare teams to support patient care initiatives and implement best practices in pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacy operations, and comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy regulations
- Experience managing Pharmacy Technicians and overseeing pharmacy workflows
- Proficiency in handling Prescription services and ensuring accuracy
- Understanding and experience with Immunization processes within a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting is a plus
- Licensure and certifications as required for pharmacy practice in India
