Staff Engineer – Golang & Reactjs

We're looking for a Staff Engineer who can lead from the front — driving AI adoption, optimising our Go/Remix/React. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical strategy. You'll bring experience with fast builds, streamlined CI/CD pipelines. Only apply if you're truly strong technically and can operate autonomously. What You'll Do: Lead AI-driven workflow enablement (Cursor, Devin, Windsurf, etc.) Own developer velocity — from CI fast-tracking to dev environment tooling (Nix) Optimize build and test cycles for our Go, Remix, and React codebases Define and enforce high standards for unit and E2E testing Drive open API design and alignment across internal and external teams Write sharp RFCs, lead cross-functional architecture discussions, and ship high-leverage tooling - Make pragmatic, cost-conscious engineering decisions that balance velocity and scale What You Bring: Deep experience with modern Go backends and React-based frontends (Remix a plus) Strong command of CI/CD, dev environment tooling, and reproducible builds Production-level Kubernetes experience Hands-on with AI development tools (Cursor, Devin, etc.) Strong belief in open API specs and clean contracts between systems Demonstrated open-source contributions Systems thinker who writes, documents, and communicates with clarity
