<strong>Compensation & Schedule:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Pay:</strong> $15 per hour </li>
<li>
<strong>Hours:</strong> Part-time, 20 hours per week </li>
<li>
<strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday 6:30pm- 10:30 pm</li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. </li>
<li> Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life. </li>
<li> Monitor and document clients’ health status and report changes to healthcare professionals. </li>
<li> Offer medication reminders and support mobility or prescribed exercises. </li>
<li> Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. </li>
<li> Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients. </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. </li>
<li> Follow all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines while providing care. </li>

<strong>Experience/Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. </li>
<li> Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred. </li>
<li> Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. </li>
<li> Ability to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records. </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. </li>
<li> Current CPR and First Aid certification. </li>
<li> Must pass background check and drug screening. </li>
