We are seeking a senior full stack engineer to build the software behind this.
You DO NOT need to have any Palantir experience to be a good fit for this role, though we do suggest playing around with a free dev account at build.palantir.com.

Mentor junior engineers
Nature of the RoleThis is a generalist IC role well-suited for someone who is interested in mentoring junior developers as we grow our team.
In addition to building product, you will also:
- Systems architecture & design
- Build systems that let us build product faster
- Pitch in building tools for the rest of the company
- You should be OK being your own PM, at least for the near-term

Experience
Requirements:
8+ years experience, with backend experience being most relevant
- Here is our tech stack. In order to be a good fit you should have deep experience with a couple of these and familiarity with the majority (see below)
- Public-facing API design
- Async distributed systems
- AuthN/Z
- Strong understanding of type systems and relational databases
- LLM familiarity (tools such as Cursor or Continue.dev; and comfort writing code with async calls to LLMs)
Nice to have:
- DevOps experience a plus (GitHub Actions, Terraform)
- Search
- Storage, optimization, algorithms
Additional SkillsEffective communication skills, both written and orally
- You write and speak clearly
- You can identify what matters for a non-technical user and succinctly explain what they need to know in terms that make sense to them
- e.g. an executive who needs to make a decision based on your input
- You proactively communicate about what you’re doing — this is habitual for you
