🔹 Position Details
- Role: Ontologist
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: ₹1.3 LPM
- Shift: US Time Zone (Minimum 4 hours overlap required)
🌟 About the Role
As an Ontologist, you will work on cutting-edge semantic and ontology-driven projects within the eServices domain. Your work will contribute to:
- Data and content integration across complex systems
- Enhancing analytics and discoverability
- Enabling scalable personalization for improved customer experiences
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop semantic ontologies for complex organizational structures
- Ensure consistency and standards across siloed systems
- Translate business requirements into ontology-driven frameworks
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in RDF-based ontological structuring
- Strong expertise in W3C standards (SPARQL, OWL)
- Solid understanding of:
- Data structures
- Information & content management
- Semantic metadata extraction
- Ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Graph Databases & Taxonomies
- Exposure to NLP (Natural Language Processing) strategies
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Semantic Web PoolParty
- TopQuadrant EDG
- GraphDB Ontotext

- Fluent in English and adaptable to global teams
🎓 Education
- Degree in Computer Science / Library Science
- Specialization in Information Management / Library Automation is a plus
