Role Description The Onsite Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of advertising and branding projects at client locations and company-managed sites. This role includes supervising installation of hoardings, signage, and branding materials; coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate, timely completion of work; and monitoring quality and safety standards at all project sites. The Onsite Manager will manage schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and resolve operational issues to keep campaigns on plan and within budget. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, reporting project status to management, and supporting continuous improvement in onsite processes and client service.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage onsite operations, including supervision of installation teams, coordination of logistics, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and to handle issue resolution professionally.
- Organizational and planning abilities, including task prioritization, documentation, reporting, and basic project management.
- Knowledge of advertising, branding, or printing processes, with familiarity with outdoor media, signage, and event or retail branding considered an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and compliance at all work sites.
- Comfort working in field conditions, visiting multiple locations, and overseeing hands-on implementation activities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools) for communication and reporting.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, mass communication, or a related field; experience in onsite operations, production, or event management is highly beneficial.
