Ensure closure by O&MEstimation, Monitoring and control of O&M BudgetRecording data for power generation and reporting the same to the upstream and clients.Follow up for repairs and replacement for any faulty equipments onsite.Carry out plant performance analysis with coordination of various departments within the organization.Preparing monthly summaries for all the activities carried out and total yield obtained with respect to weather observed highlighting excess or shortfalls in targets.Carry out periodic asset reconciliationPeriodically updating client with the status of equipment and maintenance activities carried out.Coordinating with client for maintenance shutdowns and providing data required for liaising with Govt. authorities.Maintaining proper discipline and decorum at sites.Effective manpower handling and attendance management.Proper storage/disposal of waste generated.Responsible for reporting accident/ incident. Validation of O&M RCA and prepare independent RCAResponsible for implementation of organizational health and safety at plant level.Spare managementClient and O&M partner interaction.Compliance:Tracking of all O&M compliance (Contractual and HR related).Ensure adherence to CEA, grid code regulation at siteProvide necessary support/ data to Govt (RLDC, PGCIL, GSS etc.)Daily/Weekly review with O&M and plan daily activities with coordination with O&M, Analytics and ClientCarry out Innovation activities for performance improvement or necessary support to relevant teamDigital tools (CMMS, CMS) implementation and support at siteHOTO: ensure smooth handover of all documents and asset at siteReporting:Timely and accurate submission of reports (Daily, weekly, monthly) to client and internal managementValidation of all PM checklist, DGR, SCADA at siteSkills:Hands - On experience in HV / EHV systemsGood knowledge of Solar operations and its componentsIndependently handle all site operational activitiesCustomer FocusGood Communication skillsProficiency In MS-Office Click on Apply to know more.
