Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onsite Engineer located in Indore. The Onsite Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. Daily responsibilities will include inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with clients to address technical concerns, and assisting in retrofitting and plant maintenance projects. The candidate will work closely with the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, including ash slurry pumps, M-Sand pumps, and industrial valves.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Understanding of retrofitting processes and plant maintenance solutions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills to resolve technical concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in the thermal power plant or industrial equipment sector is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh as needed.
