Job Opening – Site Engineer (Steel Structure Erection)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer with hands-on experience in steel structure erection projects to oversee day-to-day site execution, ensure adherence to project schedules, and coordinate effectively with clients and site teams. This is an execution-focused role ideal for professionals seeking challenging industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute steel structure erection activities at site.
- Interpret and work from structural steel fabrication and erection drawings.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.
- Support billing measurements and progress tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Steel Structure Erection projects.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Sound knowledge of structural drawings and erection methodologies.
- Ability to plan work, manage resources, and deliver as per schedule.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time at the project site.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
- Accommodation: Standard site accommodation provided by the company.
- Other benefits as per company policy.
