The Role
We’re inviting current U.S. university students in IT or technology-related programs to join TutorsTap as IT Admissions Mentors.
As a mentor, you’ll guide international students who are aiming for your university or similar programs—helping them understand admissions preparation, program choices, and what life in the U.S. is really like after acceptance.
This is a flexible opportunity to earn side income while making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Support Students With
Mentoring sessions may include guidance on:
- Preparing for IT and tech-related university admissions
- Application timelines, SOPs, and profile building
- Choosing the right programs in IT, CS, Data, or related fields
- Transitioning to academic and student life in the U.S.
- On-campus jobs, assistantships, and resources
- Course and professor selection for the first semester
- Practical insights you wish you had before starting
You’re not required to teach technical or coding skills—the focus is on admissions guidance and real-life experience.
