About the Role
We are hiring experienced, concept-driven, and student-focused Online Tutors who can teach across multiple international and Indian curricula. This role is ideal for educators who can deliver structured, engaging, and result-oriented online classes while adapting their teaching methodology according to diverse boards and student needs.
Tutors will be responsible for end-to-end academic delivery, including lesson planning, concept explanation, doubt-solving, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, interactive online classes for students (Classes 4–12)
Deliver chapter-wise structured lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
Adapt teaching style based on:
Student level (Beginner to Advanced)
Board requirements (CBSE vs IB vs IGCSE etc.)
Prepare:
PowerPoint presentations
Worksheets & practice material
Concept notes & assignments
Simplify complex concepts using:
Real-life examples
Visual explanations
Problem-solving techniques
Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions
Ensure student engagement through questions, quizzes, and discussions
Track student performance & progress
Maintain professional teaching standards (audio, video, presentation)
Teaching Approach Expectations
We expect tutors to follow a student-centric and concept-based teaching methodology:
Focus on clarity of fundamentals
Encourage analytical thinking & problem-solving
Customize teaching based on:
Learning pace
Academic goals (school exams, Olympiads, boards)
Maintain interactive classroom environment
Ensure structured lesson progression
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) (Postgraduate preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience
Experience in online teaching is highly preferred
Prior exposure to international curricula (IB / IGCSE / GCSE / AP / A-Level) is a strong advantage
Required Skills
Strong command over subject matter
Excellent communication & explanation skills
Ability to teach students from diverse academic backgrounds
Proficiency in English (mandatory for international students)
Strong presentation and digital teaching skills
Ability to make sessions interactive and engaging
Technical Requirements
Laptop/Desktop with stable high-speed internet
Webcam + high-quality microphone
Pen Tablet (Highly Preferred)
Knowledge of:
PowerPoint / Google Slides
Online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Work Schedule
Flexible working hours
Availability required for:
Multiple time slots (India & International students)
Class schedules will be:
Mutually decided
Based on tutor availability and student requirements
Tutors must maintain a professional and presentable appearance during classes
