We’re Hiring – Online Tutor (Civil & Construction) | On-site – Trichy

MMASHA Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Online Tutor who can simplify Civil Engineering and Construction concepts for our students.
We have successfully trained 3,000+ students through our Civil Engineering, Construction, and Government Contract programs. Our Instagram community has grown to 40,000+ followers, making us one of the recognized learning platforms in this space.
Job Responsibilities
* Teach basic Civil Engineering and Construction concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
* Record educational videos by confidently presenting in front of the camera.
* Clearly explain concepts using the training materials and content provided by the academy.
* Create engaging learning content for students, most of whom are homeowners and beginners with little or no construction background.
Who Can Apply?
* Candidates with good communication and presentation skills.
* A Civil Engineering degree is NOT mandatory.
* Basic knowledge of construction is preferred, but even that is not compulsory if you’re willing to learn and confidently present the concepts provided by us.
* Teaching experience is an advantage, but not required.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Basic English communication skills are required.
* Confidence in speaking in front of a camera is essential.
* A passion for teaching and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
