Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for an Online Tutor at Eternity Classes. The role involves delivering engaging online lessons, creating and implementing personalized learning plans, and providing guidance for academic improvement and competitive exam preparation.

Qualifications
- Strong teaching skills with subject mastery in key academic areas relevant to Grades 1–10
- Experience with creating personalized lesson plans and adapting teaching styles to various learning paces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with students and their families
- Basic proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools for remote education
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year teaching experience
- Strong English communication
- Must have a pen tablet
- Familiar with online tools (Zoom, whiteboard)
🔹 Work Schedule
• Availability aligned with US time zones (early morning IST)
• Availability aligned with UK time zones (evening IST)
• Flexible working hours (3–4 hours per day within these windows)
🔹 Compensation
• Competitive hourly compensation based on shift timing
• Higher rate applicable for US time zone sessions
• Standard rate applicable for UK time zone sessions
